Fourth Post

Please allow us to introduce ourselves. Twenty-five years ago my brother Alfred and I founded “Schumann’s Four Seasons” catering company. We have been in the food service business for more than thirty years, having owned and operated our own restaurants. During that time we have come to know what our customers expect and, just as important, how they deserve to be treated; we constantly strive to preserve that quality of service.

The Hotel Culinary & Management school, which I attended in Lucerne, Switzerland, carefully prepared me for a career in food preparation — a career which began with positions in some of the finest hotels in Lucerne, Lausanne, as well as Montreaux, St. Moritz, and Zurich. Throughout my career I have steadfastly adhered to the goal, which should be foremost: that the final product must taste “extraordinary.”

At “Schumann’s Four Seasons Caterers” we have catered events from barbecues and seven course sit-down dinners to full banquets for more than three hundred people. Our staff of professionals is ready to attend to the minutest detail with service quality and courtesy. We can accommodate a small dinner party of thirty in a private home setting or several hundred people in a full banquet environment in the location of your choice. We can furnish all of the chinaware, glassware, silverware, tablecloths and anything else required to ensure a complete success of your event.
